Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Adore Hair Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality, hygienic products. Due to the nature of hair extensions and associated application products, strict hygiene and safety standards apply. These policies are in place to protect all customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• All products must be unopened, unused, untampered with, and in original resalable condition
• Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused, and untampered with
• The hygiene seal and tag must be fully intact
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The product must be in original, resalable condition

Important:

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been removed
• Any item that has been opened, handled, altered, or repackaged will be considered used and non-resalable, and will not be accepted
• Opening a product, breaking the seal, or removing contents from original packaging automatically voids eligibility for return or exchange

Due to hygiene and safety requirements:

• Hair extensions, kits, bonding solutions, adhesives, removal solutions, and related accessories are strictly non-returnable once opened, even if repackaged
• Once opened, these items may be exposed to contaminants and cannot be safely resold

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet our hygiene and quality standards.

Change of Mind

We understand that selecting the correct shade or product online can sometimes be challenging. For this reason, we do accept change of mind returns for Hair extensions, including cases where the shade is not suitable, provided all return conditions are strictly met.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and untampered with
• The hygiene seal and packaging must remain fully intact
• The product must be in original, resalable condition

Please note:

• Change of mind returns are not accepted once a product has been opened, including where:
  • The item has been removed from packaging
  • The seal has been broken
  • The product has been handled or repackaged
    
• We strongly recommend confirming suitability prior to opening the product, as opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please submit the Returns and Exchanges Form within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• The desired replacement item

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Adore Hair Extensions will only cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, broken, or incorrect.

Refunds and Store Credit

To request a refund or store credit, please submit the Returns and Exchanges Form within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved:

• Returned items must pass inspection before a refund is processed
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your consumer rights.
