Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Adore Hair Extensions, we take pride in providing high quality, hygienic products. Due to the nature of hair extensions, we have strict policies in place to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7 day Return and Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused, and untampered with
• The hygiene seal and tag must be fully intact
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal has been removed

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our hygiene and quality standards before approval.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please submit the Returns and Exchanges Form below within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:
• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• The desired replacement item

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Adore Hair Extensions will only cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, broken, or if an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds and Store Credit

To request a refund or store credit, please submit the Returns and Exchanges Form below within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Once approved:
• Returned items must pass inspection before a refund is processed
• Original shipping costs are non refundable
• A 10 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
