Washing
Wash your extensions with lukewarm water using a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo made for hair extensions. Massage gently in a downward motion and avoid twisting or scrubbing. Apply conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends only. Do not wash too often, every 15 to 20 wears is ideal.
Avoid chlorine and sea water, as they can dry the hair and affect the colour.
Drying
After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with a towel. Do not rub. Always apply a heat or thermal protector before blow-drying or styling. Allow extensions to air dry when possible to reduce heat damage.
Brushing
Once dry, brush gently starting from the ends and working up toward the roots. Use a brush designed for hair extensions to prevent pulling and shedding.
Sleeping & Daily Care
Before sleeping, tie hair into a loose braid or ponytail to prevent tangling. Using a silk or satin pillowcase is recommended. When exercising, keep hair secured and avoid heavy products near bonds or tapes.
