Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Australian orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, while New Zealand and international orders generally arrive within 2 to 10 business days depending on whether standard or express shipping is chosen. All delivery timeframes are indicative and exclude weekends and public holidays.
If you request Authority To Leave or choose no signature on delivery, this is done at your own risk. Adore Hair Extensions is not responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a re shipping fee will apply. Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
We offer a 7 day return and exchange policy from the date your order is placed. To be eligible, hair extensions must be unopened, unworn and untampered with, with the hygiene tag intact and in original packaging. Once the product seal is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
